From Chiprock City you drive on Hwy. 491 approx. 6 mi south.
There you can see Shiprock Airport on the left.
Shortly after, turn right onto Red Rock Hwy. which you follow for about 5 mi.
On the right you see a kind of wall, which runs directly to the shiprock.
Along this road the cruelly bad way leads to Shiprock.
